Can you believe that it has been 5 months since my last update! Time does fly by when you are having fun!

I had an amazing summer learning new and exciting skills for my level 10 season. I even went to Parkettes summer camp for a week and since then I have been catching my tkatchevs (thanks Mr. Kevin and Mr. John) very consistently and doing full ins on floor. I stayed with a wonderful host family, the Vaccaris and they made me feel like I was right at home. They are such a warm and caring family and told me I was welcome back any time! Thanks so much for your hospitality Mr. and Mrs. Vaccari and Olivia and Ana!

Over the summer I kept plugging away on difficult skills and believe that if I stay safe and healthy I could have an amazing season, Lord willing of course!

Coach Gabby and Coach Kevin have really been trying to make our first Skyline Level 10 team, a strong team.

A couple of weeks ago I went to the Region 7 High Performance Camp at Woodward and what an experience that was to be surrounded by such a high level and talented bunch of girls. I worked very hard and was truly exhausted by the end. I got to see a lot of friends from other gyms who I have developed relationships with over the past several years and I had a blast with my cabin roommates.

I have about 2 months until my first meet, so I am going to continue working hard and keep a positive outlook and enjoy the journey.

Oh, and I can’t forget to mention one really exciting bit of news…just this past Friday I got my very first college interest letter!!! How exciting is that. Obviously, they cannot send me any recruiting information at this time, but they asked me to fill out a questionnaire! 🙂

Thanks as always for your support!

Big Hugs!
