Hello Everyone!

Sorry it’s been awhile since my last post, however, I have been really busy the last few months in the gym, in school, and traveling to different colleges.

I am so excited to report that after visiting colleges throughout the summer, I have decided to accept a full gymnastics scholarship to West Virginia University after I graduate high school in 2017. I feel that this decision will be a perfect fit for me, because of their great healthcare academic program, growing gymnastics team, and incredible coaching staff. I knew without a doubt that WVU was the best choice for me. I have already begun building relationships with some of my future WVU teammates and I know that we are going to make a great family!

I just got back from a fantastic weekend at WVU to experience my very first college football game. The Mountaineer victory was a highlight of the trip. What an exciting time!

I still have 3 years to go until I officially become a Mountaineer, so in the meantime, I am going to keep working hard for my Prestige Gymnastics family and team. I wouldn’t be where I am at today without all of the support I get from my coaches, teammates, friends and family. I am so incredibly blessed!

In a couple of months on November 22, Prestige will be hosting a Pink Out Show that supports breast cancer awareness. If you would like to come, its $5 to pre-order tickets or you can buy them at the door. The show starts at 7PM.

My meet season starts in December at the Christmas on the Chesapeake. It will be here before you know it.

Just want to leave you with one of my favorite quotes and one that I have lived by all of my years of gymnastics.

Love and Hugs to All!

QUOTE FROM ROCKY: Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean, and nasty place an’ no matter how tough you think you are, it’ll always beat you if you let it. It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! If you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointin’ fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, her, or anybody! Cowards do that, and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!
